Practical Training for a Secure Supply Chain
The Secure Supply Chain (SiLKe) is a key component of the rollout of smart metering systems. It reliably protects smart meter gateways from tampering during delivery, storage, transport, and installation, and ensures that only certified devices enter the installation process.
PPC supports you with practical training on secure supply chains. Thanks to our many years of experience in the smart metering sector and in implementing secure supply chains, we not only provide expert knowledge but, above all, the confidence to handle day-to-day operations.
This is how we lay the groundwork for clear lines of responsibility, standardized procedures, and a high level of process reliability for the storage, transport, and installation of smart meter gateways.
Training for Persons Authorized to Use the "
"
Our training program for authorized personnel qualifies service technicians and logistics staff to perform their duties within the secure supply chain.
The focus is on the practical application of these processes: Participants learn about the requirements for a secure supply chain. They also learn how to properly receive, store, and transport smart meter gateways to their destination, as well as what to pay special attention to in their day-to-day work.
Training to Become a Training Instructor
The training instructor certification program is designed for service technicians and logistics staff who are already SiLKe-certified and who would like to conduct training sessions for authorized individuals within the secure supply chain in the future.
This training is particularly process-oriented and is tailored to your requirements and workflows. In this process, PPC works with you to examine the relevant process steps, responsibilities, documentation, and interfaces within the secure supply chain.
