Mannheim/München/Bornheim/Erfurt, 13.01.2022: Die Projektpartner PPC, Prolan, Robotron, Swistec und TMZ haben erfolgreich mehrere PV-Anlagen an das intelligente Messsystem angebunden und damit den Weg für das netzdienliche Steuern von PV-Anlagen geebnet. Das ist ein weiterer großer Meilenstein für die deutsche Energiewirtschaft, um bis 2030 den EE-Anteil am Strom auf 80 Prozent zu erhöhen.
Im Rahmen des Innovationsprojektes „Implementierung intelligentes Systemmanagement“ wurde mit der netzdienlichen Steuerung von dezentralen Erzeugern eine weitere zukunftsorientierte Lösung in die Praxis umgesetzt. Inhalt des Projektes ist unter anderem die gezielte Ansteuerung von PV-Anlagen, um deren Stromeinspeisung je nach Netzzustand zu regeln. Dadurch müssen die Anlagen nicht pauschal abgeriegelt werden, wie es heute die Praxis ist, sobald die zulässige Netzfrequenz überschritten ist. Die Grundlage des Lösungsansatzes bilden intelligente Messsysteme – konkret die Steuerung über den CLS-Kanal des Smart Meter Gateways der Power Plus Communications AG (PPC). Dank der erfolgreichen Umsetzung wird der Weg für die Energieanwendungsfälle (EAF) der Stufe 3 im Bereich „Messen und Steuern“ des Stufenplans von BSI und BMWi geebnet. Die EAFs werden vom Gesetzgeber mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit im ersten Halbjahr 2022 freigegeben.
Erfolgreiche Steuerung der PV-Anlagen mit FNN-Steuerboxen
In Leinefelde und Farnroda wurde das Vorhaben praktisch umgesetzt. Die Steuerung der Anlagen erfolgt über die Steuerboxen von Prolan AG und Swistec GmbH. Hierfür nutzt die Thüringer Mess- und Zählerwesen Service GmbH (TMZ) in der Rolle des Gateway-Administrators und des aktiven externen Marktteilnehmers den Switching Server (RSS) der Robotron Datenbank-Software GmbH. Ingo Lange von der TMZ betreut das Projekt federführend und erläutert:
„Für die Kommunikationsanbindung der Anlagen werden LTE Smart Meter Gateways eingesetzt. In Leinefelde werden seit Ende Oktober die Wechselrichter des Herstellers IBC Solar nach dem Fahrplan 100 %, 60 %, 30 % und 0 % angesteuert.“
Im Umspannwerk in Farnroda erfolgte die Inbetriebnahme Ende November.
„Das System Wechselrichter-Steuerbox-SMGW konnte in beiden Installationen erfolgreich erprobt werden. Damit haben wir einen wichtigen, technischen Meilenstein gesetzt, um im kommenden Jahr, über das Zusammenspiel von Smart Meter Gateway und Steuerbox, zügig die Steuerung von EEG-Anlagen in den laufenden Betrieb überführen zu können“, betont Jörn Lutze, Geschäftsführer der TMZ, die Wichtigkeit dieses Erfolges.
Die erfolgreich demonstrierte Steuerung der PV-Anlagen über das intelligente Messsystem ebnet nicht nur den Weg für Energieanwendungsfälle aus Stufe 3, es werden auch bereits erste technische Grundlagen für Stufe 4 durchgespielt:
