The Smart Meter Rollout with Netze BW
Working closely together since 2018, PPC, EnBW, and Netze BW have laid important groundwork through the ROMI (Roll-Out Metering Systems Infrastructure) project to successfully manage the technical aspects of a nationwide rollout. EnBW’s operating division, Utility Services, now has access to all WAN variants of the PPC SMGWs (LTE, ETH, BPL, LTE450) for future projects. EnBW’s Utility Services division is the service provider for all services related to smart metering systems. From device procurement to gateway administration, Utility Services offers a modular, full-service solution.
