The Broadband Powerline Controllable Local Systems (BPL CLS) Adapter is used to receive submetering data over an in-house BPL network, and provide it for further data processing via the secure infrastructure of the Smart Meter Gateway (component of the German Smart Metering System).

The broadband in-house BPL network can be used for other value-added applications.

• Integrated BPL modem for integration into in-house BPL networks (with in-house wireless BPL modem)
• Connection to the German Smart Meter Gateway connection and existing systems in the building
• Allows connection to wMBus submeters from any manufacturer
• Supports HKS 3-5
