In dem MAP-Modell kauft und besitzt Calisen intelligente Messsysteme (iMSys) und vermietet diese Assets langfristig an den wMSB Energy Metering. Als wettbewerblicher Messstellenbetreiber installiert Energy Metering das iMSys im Zuge seiner Dienstleistungen bei den eigenen Kunden.
